Doug Crawford serves as CEO of BMP Logic. He brings almost 20 years of years of experience as an agricultural products representative and a National Certified Crop Advisor. Throughout his career, Doug has been instrumental in helping farmers and ranchers produce food in the most cost-effective way while also protecting our natural resources. He has risen to complex challenges where he has crafted growth strategies, selected new emerging technologies to best serve his clients. His leadership approach reflects deep expertise in developing strong client relations and creating teams that are driven to excel and innovate.
Prior to BMP Logic, Doug served as President and CEO of FAS Systems, a national supplier for GPS Fleet Tracking technology solutions provider that remains in operation today. Before that, he started and headed several other businesses in agriculture as well as retail.
Most recently, Doug was instrumental in BMP Logic’s recognition as a top three finalist for the Transformation Award from the Southwest Florida Regional Technology Partnership because of his work upgrading soil moisture probes with proprietary technology.
As a pilot since 1984, Doug is able to visit clients near and far with reduced travel time and expand BMP Logic’s territory.
Justin Jones received a Bachelor’s in Extension Education with a minor in Agronomy from the University of Florida and started his career as a Small Farms Agriculture Agent with UF/IFAS in the Suwannee County Extension Office. He moved into the field of irrigation management as Team Leader for the first mobile irrigation lab in Northern Florida and then served as a Research Coordinator of Nutrient Management Programs at the UF/IFAS Suwannee Valley Agricultural Extension Center near Live Oak.
Justin has since moved into the private sector serving as owner/operator of a couple of small family businesses. He was excited to get back into irrigation management through the creation of BMP Logic Inc. with Doug Crawford.
Brett was born and raised in Gilchrist County, Florida. He is the fifth generation of his family to live and work on the family farm outside of Trenton. Brett graduated from Trenton High School and attended Lake City Community College.
He worked summers in hay and peanuts while in high school and then transitioned into working for the family GPS/Remote Asset Management business, while also working in a local watermelon broker’s office during the summer months.
In the 2012 general election, Brett ran for and was elected to the Gilchrist County Soil and Water Conservation Board. He has been re-elected without opposition twice. On this committee, he works to help develop and implement programs that conserve the districts renewable natural resources. The Board takes available technical, financial and educational resources, whatever their source and focus to coordinate them so they meet the needs of the local land user for conservation of soil, water, and related natural resources. Brett currently serves as Chairman of the district board.
Brett has been employed with BMP Logic since it was established in 2014. Today, he is in charge of the operations aspects of the company. He works closely in the field with the producers and growers across the BMP territory.
Carson Jones is the Customer Relations Manager at BMP Logic, a leading provider of soil moisture sensing technology and solutions. With a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Studies from Warner University. With several years of experience in customer service and sales, Carson brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role. He is responsible for managing relationships with BMP Logic's clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded. Carson is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and strives to create positive experiences for all BMP Logic customers. He enjoys working with clients to find solutions to their irrigation management challenges and helping them optimize their water usage. In his free time, Carson enjoys outdoor activities like fishing and hiking.
